By using TerraBright (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The Service

TerraBright is a free web tool that helps you model an ore body and compute an optimal open-pit design and related economics. It is provided by Minebright Inc.

Estimates, not professional advice

Results are model-based estimates intended for education, screening, and planning. They are not a mineral resource/reserve statement and are not financial, investment, engineering, or geological advice. Do not rely on TerraBright as the sole basis for any investment, operational, or safety decision. Always confirm with qualified professionals and appropriate standards (e.g. NI 43-101 / JORC) before acting.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your access secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the deposit data and scenarios you create. You grant Minebright Inc. permission to store and process that content solely to operate the Service. If you mark content as public, you grant other users permission to view it through the Service.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, probe, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
• Don't upload unlawful content or content you don't have the right to use.
• Don't use the Service to build or represent something as an official reserve statement without proper professional sign-off.
• Don't attempt to access other users' private content.

We may apply rate limits and usage quotas to keep the Service available for everyone.

Availability

The Service is free and offered “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that saved data will always be retained. Please keep your own copies of anything important (you can export your inputs from the app).

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minebright Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service.

Intellectual property

TerraBright, its software, and its branding are owned by Minebright Inc. These terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the Service as intended.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Minebright Inc.'s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
